Book Your LifeStyled Consultation
This is a no-fee property visit, where we come to you and provide an estimate for interior styling, furnishing, and detailing at your property location. Clients are encouraged to share their design preferences if desired.
Once the property is walked and the scope of the design project is determined, a professional recommendation for aesthetic updates and property improvements will be presented to the client.
LifeStyled offers a flat-rate consulting fees depending on the scale of the property, along with other packaged & custom services.

Property Visit & Client Discovery
Property tour and client discovery with the LifeStyled team to discuss specific project details. During this visit we confirm your goals, financial objectives for the property, your selling or renting strategy and key timelines.

Inspect & Measure
Essential measurements are taken during the visit, before photography is captured, we inspect existing furnishings, lighting, discuss detailing and necessary maintenance requiring attention.

Project Scope
Once property visit is completed, the LifeStyled team reviews property details gathered during the discovery consultation and determines the scope of work necessary to achieve the client’s objectives for the property. Our team then considers what design options offer the best solutions and we make customized recommendations on the best ways to showcase the property, from paint to linens, furnishings to light fixtures, every detail is considered.

Property Proposal
Once the project requirements are confirmed, options are then presented to clients in a formalized plan for consideration and approval.

Finally, it is time for the LifeStyled team to makeover your property, pulling all the visual details, furnishings, lighting, layers to reveal the transformation; a beautiful visual presentation that will inspire and create demand with buyers or renters.
